1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Link The Words ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Link The Words is a word puzzle game where players complete chains of associated words. The App is available as a free download with optional premium features available through in-app purchases.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require account creation. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Premium purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Premium Features

Premium subscribers receive: unlimited hints, ad-free experience, and access to the puzzle archive.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.3 Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all premium features. This purchase does not expire and does not require renewal.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard refund process. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

6. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements within the App. By using the free version, you consent to viewing these advertisements. Premium subscribers will not see advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Link The Words and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
